t.o.w. the kick-ass exams

Hi y'all. I'm so going to kick that big O's fat arse, so going to. Actually was supposed to move those calf muscles today, oh well. You know me, the big old crappy procastination voodoo doll is back, poking needles and all in little k lo figurines. Get back in the crummy-chummy cupboard!!! Yes, you, voodoo doll, back in the cupboard. Lock and key and lock! You are so not coming out till 19th November!!! So the plan is to sleep early tonight and wake up early tomorrow and get cracking on the 3 long-overdue bio chaps, 1 physics paper, 1 chemistry paper and 1 english paper. C'mon!!!

Been slacking around this couple of days ya ; i did no nothing on friday and merely planned my study schedule yesterday. Two insipid days, but I guess I'm rather well-rested for the coming 6 weeks. Anyway, my study schedule rocks big time okaez. It's detailed, so detailed. It's like, for the next 6 weeks, what I need to do everyday, broken down to terms of what subject and what paper to do and such. Hell, some people think its way too detailed to work. In a way, they're right ; it failed on the first day ya. Hahx. Still, that was a day-one-lapse kind of one-off event that I refuse to allow ever again. I've learnt my lesson good when my huge ass got burnt during prelims when I had to sleep at 3 in the morning every single morning. And then, there I was, fretting at 2 in the morning cos' I hadn't finish what I set out to accomplish. So, I'm not walking down that silly road again. You can threaten me with the melon-baller headache, it won't work. And the only reason I'm blogging about this is so that I can constantly read this para to get me off the computer and start working. Yupz. So to sum up, for the next 6 weeks, I'm going to kick some serious examination butt!!! Wah-pa! So, Kenneth Low, if you're reading this, its time to turn off the computer and get back in on the I-am-so-motivated-to-study-I-shall-not-procrastinate-I-am-going-to-destroy-that-cocky-xxx-and-show-him-whose-boss-zone! Go!!!

In other news, as I was chillin' last night, I was watching Jay Leno and his talkshow. Gosh, David Arquette is funny. I always thought he was a major duke. I mean, the heretic get-ups and that chummy hair. Anyway, was watching CNBC and CNA in between. Jay Leno and Bush. Jay Leno and Kerry. Yupx, so on one end it was the US Presidential debate and one end it was Jay Leno. It's hard to switch in between, you have to totally switch frames. It's like, David Arquette's lust for Courteney and weapons of mass destruction. Cereal boxes and Saddam. Though, if you look further in depth, you can actually draw comparisons. *nods and sniggers* Anyway, I felt Kerry totally kicked Bush ass with the very strong conviction about losing jobs and all. The tone was real harsh okaez, it was like, "HE is the first president in 72 years to lose jobs, HE is the first president to put the country in debt, HE rushed into war." Sweat it off, Heinz-Husband, till polling day, HE's still your president! Still, I thought Bush was able to fend off those criticisms pretty solidly. Heard Kerry's still leading the pre-election polls though. Let's see...

In further news, damn you Hong Kong-DBS-worker. Due to your undeniable negligence, you caused DBS to drop 50 cents and that means you mummified my 300 dollar profit and killed me by two. You silly old fool! How could you not check the safety-deposits! Hell!!! Ahhh, voodoo doll, you have my blessings to attack him in event that you dislodge yourself from the crummy-chummy cupboard. *sniggers once more*

Okaez, time to stop slacking. Gonna go to bed and chuck the vd doll away and wake up early tomorrow and kill those papers. Also, good luck to y'all with promos tml.. stay voodoo-free!

t.o.w. the pounding headaches

Ahhz. I'm back, after that major reprieve. Haven't been blogging in eons now, even though this is supposedly the slackest week of the many to come. Oh well, it isn't really actually. So much homework!!! Like everyday, theres about 2 cm worth of homework ; be it maths, chinese, chem, physics ; you know the works..

I know I promised the friends' review, its in the pipeline, but with the never-ending onslaught of the exam stress, somehow I just cannot bring myself to sit down and write out the tribute. Anyway, most people are probably not interested in it anyway. I mean, who is gonna read a 2000 word expose about something they know naught about. Sadly, friends really appeals to a niche audience, I think. I dunno, what a waste...

Blogging in proper sentences and accurate punctuation sucks. It's really hard, probably gonna need to get used to it. Really, only doing this cos' I think the structure of my sentences are really pretty much the same, and since I'm not as hardworking as to be writing essays every now and then to hone my skills, this lil' blog is the only outlet I have.. So that's that..

Headaches, they suck too. Been having them real frequently and its not those kinda light ones that fade away with a konk on the head. These ones are really bad, they pulsate and they hurt so much, its as though theres a melon-baller embalming your head into little brain balls. Think its the examination stress or something. Examination stress? The exams are like 3 weeks away, how stressed can i afford to get now? Any old how, I've got to deal with it man.. For crying out loud.. it made me miss apprentice on thursday and I am still mad at my family for not waking me up.. blahz..

Are my sentence structures' varying? *crosses fingers*

Prelim results. Mixed feelings, i guess. On one hand, I think i did pretty well, managing 7. On the other hand, I screwed up some subs pretty badly. Lets see,

English - A2 (if not for compo, would have gotten A1 -- damn!)
Chinese - A2 (if not for compo, would have gotten A1 -- damn!)
E Maths - A1 (lalala)
A Maths - A1 (lalala)
Chemistry - A1 (lovin' sow more and more each day)
Physics - B3 (me and my stupid sfs')
Biology - B3 (i hate microorg)
Geography - A1
SSH - A1 (for the first time in my life!)

Hmmm, lets see. The honourable mention would of course have to go to SSH, that clinches the Most Improved Award and Surprise Surprise Award. The language duo tie in the Damn You -- Specific Part of Paper Award. Biology grabs the I should have Studied More Award and Chemistry notches the win in the Lalala Group. Yupz.. Hahx.. Guess I really need to buck up on Physics and Biology.

Anyway, spent an awful hour begging wongsm for marks to no avail. You know, I would have thought that with my immense desire to do well and my incredibly thick skin -- begging would be child's play. Surprise, surprise, I actually still have that tad bit of honour in me. I thought I washed that out since time immemorial when I decided to be ruthless and conspiring. *shrugs --oh well* Haha.. Anyway, that one hour was really bad okaez.. It was like, I was feeling real bad cos' I thought I didn't deserve it. Seriously, did not study hard enough to deserve it and was really tyco for the paper.. Yupz.. So in a way, I guess it's kinda good that she did not give it to me. It would probably eat my heart out.. *Hey! I still have some dignity left in my dog-eaten heart*

Mrs Goh rocks though, she saw that I was real sad about my 66 for bio and kind enough to give me two more marks on her own accord. Such a sweet lil' thing... plus, she gave us sweets and a folder with a letter in it. Way cool, she's really very caring. She's like the best form teacher ever. She rocks! She's chio! She's the best! lolx.. =p

Let's talk about some TV.. Singapore-Idol wise, it seems the show is really a contest to see who has more friends. Period. Nothing more to add. Except that Florence Lian should either buy a new wardrobe or Mediacorp should just fire her for being a total fashion faux paus with that tomato-vine dress. Survivor wise, starting to like Twilia & Amy =p *You go girls!* Also, finished my yitian ; watched a record of 14 epis in a day. *Maybe thats the cause of the incessant headaches* That's right, give it up, uhhuh uhhuh!

AI Concert -- It totally rocks! They were all fantastic, but I think Jennifer and Fanatasia were the best. I think I see why Latoya did not win. Somehow, she really wasn't able to connect with the audience man. Is it the choice of song of what? I dunno, but i finally understand what Simon means now. Loved all the group performances, especially the one with "Where is the Love" and "Crazy in Love". I also finally see light on why Fanatasia won. I mean like, if I had seen the concert on the tube or something, it probably would not have striked me so, but seeing her live and seeing how she totally owned the stage was so very amazing. Fanatsia is amazing, her rendition of "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" got the whole house on their feet and "I Believe" had the entire stadium echoing *love keeps lifting me higher* It was such an amazing, amazing, amazing night.

Spanish totally rocks. I'm like taking online lessons now. It's way cool and way sexy too! Esperanza means hope =p

Rights, that's about all. Gonna go watch Survivor now.. Hope Rory gets kicked. He irks me. Adieos~ stay fantasia'fied..
